Their case reached the Supreme Court, which in 1967 reaffirmed the very foundation of the right to marry.
The Lovings’ story showed us that love is stronger than hate and has the power to spark real change.
Thanks to the Lovings there are currently millions of interracial couples and families living across the United States.
